Performance workshop – Friday 10^th July at ??

As an introduction to the dance performance on Saturday 11^th June, the monks will offer an insight into life in the monastery, the costumes, the art of dialectical debate and the use of mudras in the prayers.  You will also have the opportunity to learn a few of the dancesteps from the monks, in a tradition handed down through generations of Tantric masters.
