Come and meet the monks during the week and take part in workshops of various kinds including sand mandala making, prayer flag printing, butter sculpture, Tibetan language and script and dukar-wheel making.  Tickets from Speaking Tree.

Performance workshop

As an introduction to the dance performance on Sunday 11th December, the monks will offer an insight into life in the monastery, the costumes, the art of dialectical debate and the use of mudras in the prayers.  You will also have the opportunity to learn a few of the dancesteps from the monks, in a tradition handed down through generations of Tantric masters.
